1. Acceptance of These Terms

By browsing this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to place an order. You may create an account with an email and password or by signing in with Google or Apple. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at hanan@mabella-fashion.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.

4. Products, Colors, Availability and Sizing

We work to describe our pieces accurately, but screens vary and fabric colors may appear slightly different in person. Product availability is not guaranteed and items may sell out or be discontinued. Please consult our Size Guide before ordering; measurements are approximate and may vary slightly by garment.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown on each product page and may change at any time before an order is placed. Taxes and shipping, where applicable, are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed through Shopify checkout and its payment providers; we do not store your full payment card details. If a price or product detail is listed in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

6. Orders, Cancellations and Refused Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel or limit orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers, contain pricing errors, or cannot be fulfilled. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually only help before the order ships.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees, and delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control. Risk of loss passes when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes, including welcome offers, are for personal use, apply only while the promotion is active, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined unless we say so. We may withdraw or modify a promotion, or void a code used in bad faith.

10. Website Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights
• Scrape, copy or resell our content, images or catalog data
• Attempt to access other customers' accounts or our systems without permission
• Interfere with the website's operation or security
• Submit false, abusive or misleading information

11. Intellectual Property

The Mabella name, logo, product photography, designs, text and site content are owned by Mabella Fashion or its licensors and may not be used without written permission, other than normal personal browsing and sharing of links.

12. Third-Party Services

This website relies on third-party services: Shopify for the product catalog, shopping bag and checkout; Lovable Cloud for authentication and account data; and Google and Apple for optional sign-in. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages or actions.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Mabella Fashion is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date shows the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
