Mabella Fashion ("Mabella", "we", "us") provides modest maternity and nursing clothing through this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions can be sent to hanan@mabella-fashion.com.

1. Information You Provide

• Contact information such as your name, email address and phone number.
• Account information such as your profile name and phone number saved to your Mabella account.
• Shipping information such as the delivery address you enter at checkout.
• Order information such as the items purchased, order number and order status.
• Messages you send us through our contact form or by email.
• Your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter or request a welcome discount code.

2. Information Received Through Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares a limited set of information with us:

• Your name as listed on your Google account
• Your email address
• Your profile image, if you have one
• Your Google account identifier

We use this information only to authenticate you, to create or retrieve your Mabella account, to provide account features such as viewing and editing your profile, and to protect account security. We do not receive or store your Google password, and we do not sell Google user data or share it for advertising.

3. Services That Process Your Information

• Lovable Cloud — hosts our authentication service and the database that stores your Mabella account profile, newsletter signups and contact form submissions.
• Shopify — powers our product catalog, shopping bag and checkout. When you check out, Shopify processes your order, shipping and payment information under Shopify's own privacy policy.
• Google — provides the optional Sign-In service described above.
• Resend — delivers the email messages generated by our contact form.

We do not currently run third-party advertising or marketing tracking pixels on this website.

4. Cookies and Sessions

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your shopping bag, and remember whether you have already seen our welcome discount popup. Shopify may set its own cookies during checkout. Essential cookies are required for the site to work; you can clear or block them in your browser, but sign-in and checkout may stop working. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

5. Storage, Security and Retention

Account and contact information is stored in our Lovable Cloud database with access controls that restrict each account's data to that account. Traffic to this website is encrypted in transit. Order and payment data is held by Shopify. We keep account information for as long as your account is active, and order records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and legal purposes. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile and Google Sign-In identifiers, except where we must retain limited order records to meet legal obligations.

6. When We Share Information

• With the service providers listed above, only to run the website and fulfil orders.
• With payment processors used by Shopify to complete your purchase.
• With shipping carriers so your order can be delivered.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, customers or security.
• In connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can view and edit your name and phone number at any time on your account page. For any other request, email hanan@mabella-fashion.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Deleting Your Account and Google Sign-In Data

To delete your Mabella account and the information received through Google Sign-In, email hanan@mabella-fashion.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your profile, your stored Google name, email, profile image and Google account identifier, and confirm by email. You can also revoke Mabella's access from your Google Account security settings at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
